Silver Eagle / Generac engine problems

Hello

My Generac engine gh410 runs great but I think that exhaust is way too hot . The whole muffler is getting red hot just after 5 minutes of running. Am I the only lucky one to have this engine ? It is made mostly for Generac stand by generators and a perfect match for a power washing machines ...

This engine in on Sliver eagle hot water machine with comet 4kpsi and 4gpm and I'm looking for owner manual for both . Anyone ?

I wouldnt run it that way! Its bound to be overheating. Sounds like it may be running lean or it does not have adquate cooling. If the engine came from high altitude or something it could be jetted too lean in the carburetor.

I agree you will probably burn a valve or
worse, have your locak small engine shop
check it out for you.
