I was wondering what the best equipment is for pressure washing a 2 story house(Ladder, Scaffolding, Bucket,etc.....)

I use an x-jet and extend-a-wand when necessary. Safest and least labor intensive is an articulating lift. Ladder is the most dangerous and difficult of the choices.

Your best bet is to hire a contractor with insurance and know-how to do the job properly.
