I need a tip or turbo nozzle that will work 3-4 feet in the water
you ask 4 feet deep? yes I have a state job every two weeks and I have to wash the steps going in the springs. The bad part is i have to be waist deep in the water but i can not get the tips to spray good.So it sprays like a pen tip that deep in water any one know of something i can use to get a ok spray
Thinking a turbo nozzle yet maybe all tips will not work that deep

You are going to have to stay really close to the surface to be cleaned. The problem is that water is thicker than air, and so that it is very good at attenuating the force coming from the nozzle. Think of a bullet and that it is basically rendered impotent in only a foot or two of water. It will be slow going and you will need to cover every inch a quarter inch at a time.

And since I need to throw a bomb, what about water recovery...

Have a M shop built a housing alittle wider then your spray tip(15,25,30) and no wider then maybe 1in to bolt onto your wand.May have to drill a few holes in the top part of it to let the water out. Some type of a sheild to keep the outside water force at bay,Px glass may even work.
