Ad Copy for door hangers/flyers

As I am not very creative or artistic, wondering if anyone had any good samples of good ad copy that has worked for them. Gearing up for spring and wanting to try some new ways to make the phone ring. Usually I get most of my work through property managers and a lot of cold calling on building managers etc. Just thought I would try the door hangers this year to fill in between the BIG jobs. We specialize in vinyl siding cleaning. Thanks for any input.

i get all my buisness cards from these guys and they look AMAZING, they put some kind of gloss laninate finish which makes their color pop out even more then it already does. they are also very cheap and they are fast.
