What do you consider a whole lot of them? 15 or 50 or 75? It helps to get a better perspective on pricing and also remember this, and it has been said many times before, people will say "give me a good price and I have more work for you" or things to that nature.
Do not fall for that line but price the job for the job, now if they give you a signed contract for doing a given number of buildings a year that is another song and dance.
I would price it by the job even though you will figure it by the square foot. Each spot being 126 sq. ft. x ? cents = the per spot job x total number = price you quote customer.
Example only: 126 x .09 = $11.34 rounded off to $11.00 x (say for this job 50 spaces) =$550.00 for the job.
You need to know what you have to make an hour before you can come to an actual per foot price and also what is the going rate in your area is.
Some go as low as .03 a sq. ft to a high of say .25, even more in some cases.
How bad is this job, has it ever been cleaned before or is there years and years of oil and grease built up?
With cold water your going to stripe each spot more then once, layer up layer comes off one at a time with cold water.
Can you rent a hot water machine for this job? if so I would recommend doing that to cut your work load and time down.
