Anyone Near Ithaca Ny?

Hi Mat
I maybe making a move to your area, do you do lots of work in the Ithaca area? We have a large Horse Biz, located in Enfield, Enfield Chase Stables in Ithaca. I have never been to the property or area before, my new love is the owner. We were planning on a few years at the location, while running the ranch. I'll need to do some extra work for obligations in Ca. Deck and Gutter cleaning and PW are in my blood. I don't want to compete with you per say, but I wil need to do some work.
Is the area over growen with PW and Deck Refinishers? Or are you the main man in the area? I here Ithaca folks don't spend to much but thats not her area of expertise. Do you work that area?

You are not close to where iit would be direct competition. I would hope that we could build a relationship to go after some very large jobs as a collaborative effort to where we could both benifit. There are very few experienced contractors specializing in exterior property cleaning / powerwasher. I look forward to meeting you.

If you come out in March, try to keep time open for the ACR Round Table on the weekend of the 10th and the 11th. There is a team of 7 people working on the event as I type and this will surely be an awsum event.
I can also hook you up with a readyseal distributor if you use it for wood, and I usually stock 100 or so gallons of it all of the time if you need it in a pinch.
