I am trying to make it a full year without working on a holiday. I am going to San Diego to get back on vacation with my family.

I'll be powerwashing a fence tomorrow morning then off to my buddies place www.oheka.com for a big 4th of July party with pool rides, food/beer and a Tremendous firework display.
Then Golf Friday morning and back to powerwashing Friday afternoon(House) then Saturday and.............

Will try to get a strip job in before it gets too hot. It will depend on how much beer will be consumed tonight. I hope eveyone will be having a great 4th.

One job tonight and not sure how I am going to get there, the road there is I-15, main road to Las Vegas and as of now bumper to bumper and very slow going.
Figure I will wait till around 11 tonight and check the traffic first. (so does working after midnight count?)
Anyway you look at it I have to have it done before 7 am.

We try not to work any holidays. Me and my guys have been working everyday for the last couple weeks. Tomorrow is a much needed day off.
Hope to put some miles on the company car , watch the local parade. Honor the folks that made the day possible!

I washed 1 rig the 4th which wasn't planned,the wash was set for Wed. 3 at 4 p.m..He called Wed. morning early and said he couldn't make it by 4 p.m. and it was going to be thuraday morning around 10 a.m. before he made it in and he'd sure be tickled to death if I could wash it b/c it was in bad shape"sure man but it be around 6 p.m. dat ok" that would be fine came the reply cuzz I ant leaving until Friday morning early.
Sometimes some of these OTR drivers just kills me,he said it was in bad shape heck I just washed it last Saturaday.I know what happen,when he got down in tx it rained on him and calls that bad shape hahahaha.You'll never catch him driving a dirty truck if he can help it,he cann't stand a dirty truck,you should see him in the winter months,he'll call and say man I'm dirty dirty with dirty on top of dirt can you get me this weekend"sure man" is always my reply b/c I get 80 on this rig plus he's my next door friend.He told me it was worth that much to have somebody standing on standby.I do too b/c he messed up a fishing trip today but going Friday if it hairlips my cat,mater fact leaving around 3 a.m.,goodnight.
