Larry L. I have read several post and taken lots of notes. Thanks for your suggestion. I wanted to ask you what the market is like in Arkansas. Central Arkansas in general. Where is your business in Arkansas. Would you ever consider speaking with me directly.
Thanks
Hank

Hank,

If you are in the Little Rock area, stop by and see us. We are 10 blocks due south of Bale Chevrolet, just north of Kanis on Nix Road.

I'm in northeast Ar and the market stinks right now but thats one of the knocks that go with this business. In my area its high competitioned right now with newbees starting up every few months.Altho the market is whatever you want to make it,its out there if you want it,just set your mind in getting your share.
The best advice I can give you is nomatter how long it takes in doing the job as in learning how to is take your time and learn it will.Master in one trade but learn a few others trades to go along with the hard knocks when the master isn't filling the back pockets. You will find out you will haveta make so much per hour as to stay in this business whether its small jobs and monster jobs.In the being you will not average the local hourly rate per job but thats what you call learning,it takes time to get up to speed in your earnings. If you like getting wet and nasty don't give up the ship in the being as it may be slow coming or over worked in a few short weeks. You ever know about this trade as to what tomorrow may bring as it maybe another newbee knocking at your door :).Go by and talk to chuck and see what type eqt. you will need to upgrade to or better yet as to start out with.

Thanks Larry, I'm playing with the idea of PWing,Exterior Painting and light landscaping. Sort of a 1 stop shop to clean up around the house. Have you ever worked on heavy equipment. We have lots of construction equip, and there is about to be a boom in oil/natural gas companies in our area. I've read where that is REALLY dirty work ,but can be good money. I will go by and talk to Chuck.
Thanks
Hank

Yes and sometimes there is no water hookups on the job sites, meaning you'll have to haul water.I have a 550 gallon supply tank and it doesn't go every far when washing Hy. Eqt.,good luck in your start up.

Hank,

Come on by. We seldom get visitors (except UPS, FedEx, & DHL) and enjoy them when we do.

Give us a call at 501-280-0007 if you need directions to 1000 Nix Rd.
