Asphalt cleaning

Hey all. Hope buisness is goin well. I have an opportunity to sub contract with a BIG local paving company. They want me to prep parking lots. Anyone out there do this? What does it take? I just started up about 3 months ago. I use a 4000 psi, 4.0 gpm ,13 horse, cold water briggs&stratton unit. Any info will help. This could be huge for my new buisness, so I need to know the typical methods for cleaning parking lots and whether my current equipment can handle it. Thank you. Oh yeah located in rural nor cal. Humboldt co. to be exact.

I suggest a minimum of 5 GPM @ 3000 PSI!

I worked with an asphalt company, on a couple jobs with almost the same equipment, and I spent long hard days trying to get those oil stains washed away, it just can't be done right without Hot Water..I ended up telling the Asphalt company to go with a different washer for now and when I am equipped with the right stuff, i'll give them a call.
