We have cleaned several asphalt lots and seen a lot of damage people have done trying to use 0 tips and others. I would never use a concrete machine, it would cut circles into the asphalt. We do use hot water in most cases. You do have to be very careful with older, deteriorating asphalt. On one new lot had to clean off the dirt left from landscaping. We found, believe it or not that hot water, a 25 degree tip and Simple Green worked great and didn't create any damage. Be careful what chemicals you use, some can bleach the asphalt. If you are going to use a rotating nozzle be extra careful how close you get, it will do a lot of damage very, very quickly.
Just our thoughts!

You have to forgive Jim, he has fallen in love with the little bouncing smiling face.
He says it says it all. With him everything is something to jump up and down about.
He is so easy to please.
