Hydro how about a city and state and perhaps a name too please.

As for awnings I don't do them but know there are several kinds of material and each has it's own special cleaner, hope you ordered the correct one.

I do know the basics of how to clean them, do you have an awning brush?

As for the concrete are you using a surface cleaner or just a wand? If you don't have a surface cleaner buy one ASAP or you will be there all night working that wand.

The only place you would need degreaser is at the back door and dumpster area, the front and sides should clean with hot water.

What temp. did you test at? if below 180° to 200° turn it up, in fact the first time I would go 200° or higher to break the dirt free.

concrete/awning

I ordered it from the awning source they say it will work. For the concrete I have a 24" steel eagle. I used 175 degree water with no chemicals. if i need chemical what kind and who has it? thanks

Hydro everyone sells chemicals, the question is which is best for your situation and what price range do you want to spend on buying them.

I prefer powder chemicals over liquid. I buy from Zep Mfg. and I use Zep Flash Light/Split since it is made for reclaim systems.

There are other good products out there, I have just tested another brand product and it did a great job, however it is not made for reclaim systems, would eat it up.

Email me for more information.

Oh and turn your burner up a bit and I think you will find it cleans better, as I mentioned if it is as dirty as you say go to 200° the first time.
