Best flat surface cleaner?

I have a BE Whirlaway that I run off of a Karcher 3000 psi 4 gpm machine and a Steel Eagle that I run off of a Pressure pro 5000 psi 8 gpm machine. The problem is that I can't get either one to clean in one swipe. I have tried many different concrete cleaners with these machines but I still can't get that one pass clean I'm looking for.
Should I give up expecting these results out of a flat surface cleaner or is there truely a flat surface cleaner out there that will give me the results I'm looking for?

The nozzles are mated to the machines and no chem I've tried makes it possible to get the job done in one pass.

I'm not talking about one particular job. I've cleaned pool decks, strip mall sidewalks, residential driveways, sidewalks and even parking decks. I'm sure they all have different kinds of dirt so I'm not sure how to answer your question.
I've been a professional powerwasher for two years now and have never been able to do flat work without at least two passes, even with chems.
I was just wondering if there was a flat surface cleaner out there that cleaned in one pass?

My guess is that they all clean in one pass. You just have to slow down and move it slower.

Tips

When was the last time you changed the tips on your surface cleaners? also you could try switching to smaller tips, the usually come standard with the 25 spray pattern, try switching to the 15 spray pattern
