I realize everybody bids jobs differently, hourly, square footage, etc. My question is when you are determining what your bid might be for square footage I have seen prices range from $1.75 a sq. ft. to $3.00 a sq. ft. Do these numbers include the purchase of the stain to be used or are those numbers just to strip and re-apply and the customer is responsible for the purchase of the product? Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
