Black mold around pool deck...

Anyone know how to get rid of Black Mold around a Pool deck, The deck is concrete, the stains are old and set in, I use 3,500psi @160 degrees with a mineral/rust remover hopeing they were mineral stains...at best the stains got lighter.
I have to use EPA approved product, I am not set up for water recovery. of course I could recover with a mop I guess.

Bleach? That outdoor clorox should work. Bleach kills mold. I dont know what you mean by EPA approved but i would assume outdoor clorox bleach would be EPA approved.

12.5% sodium hypochlorite (bleach). You should be able to get it from local chemical suppliers or a pool store. First try the outdoor results its 8.5%SH and use a pumpup sprayer to achieve all 8.5% on the surface. If you use the 12.5% and Downstream it your at best looking at 8.5% on the surface so you could save the time looking for 12.5% right now. You would really be better off using the 12.5% and a pumpup sprayer. Let us know your results
