The initial clean up could be anywhere from 325.00 to 1200.00 depending on the degree of difficulty.
How much gum does the sidewalk have???

30 day maintenance on concrete 175.00 to 225.00
90 day maintenance 275.00 to 325.00

The economy in our area is getting really bad! We have been doing several resturants for many years now. We've done them monthly ($175-$265) high traffic areas (Drive-thru, dumpster area, front & rear entrances). We just lost 5 locations, lost 4 last fall! All the same company. McD's is doing it themselves!

Speaking of Burger King. We have one in town that does not want their exhaust system done (been over a year)! Needs it every 60 days.

Dave,
Sounds like you should branch into Fire Restoration........you have yourself a solid lead for your first customer.......[burn]

Guess I should add to my other post.

The flatwork that we have lost, is just not being done, we were not under bid!

The Burger King that I mention has always been hard to deal with. Last year the guy said I should have called him earlier (it had been to long)! Their system is a water wash unit that has not worked for the last 12-15 years! And of course it has no filters.

Had another customer (fleet account) that has increased the interval from every week to every two weeks. This is a major change for them, since they have had their units cleaned every week for years!

We have cleaned heavy equipment in a scrap yard for the last 17 years. Have not been in there since last year. Guy says that scrap prices are at a 35 year low!

Times are lean!! Many folks out of work in this area. Unemployment rate is closing in on 10%! :(
