Have small window cleaning business i want to sell (Res.& Comm.)I have no idea how to price the value of it for sale.Is there a formula for doing this?
Any suggestions would be appreciated?

The going rate for buying and selling w/c business around here is approx. 6 months gross sales, but that can vary depending on several factors - % of customers under contract, competition, the usual etc., etc.

Do you service the Show Low, Lakeside Pinetop metroplex, or do you just stick to Lakeside? People are willing to pay a lot more for a business that can fully support them, or if there are add ons, such as, Deck cleaning that can be done. If the business can support a family then figure 6 months to a yeaar gross, If it cannot figure one month gross.
