then send out a flyer that you make on yor pc
and send them out.your phone will be ringing off the hook.

I thought that it was against the rules to sell on this forum? It's labels not lables. Better get the spelling right on those 10,000. You can too print from MSWord onto labels.

My Yearly Mailouts

As the Holiday approaches, I send out holiday greeting cards with a "word" insert asking clients to book now for an appointment in early spring.

There seems to be a "personal touch" when someone recieves a greeting in the mail over the holidays that has been signed with "real ink". You are not only telling them that they are important to your company, but also, early planning and something for them to look forward to.

Although, some of the clients may have moved from that address, the new occupants would be more apt to call you. I honestly believe that a few hours of your time in these mailouts would certainly put your company above the competition that advertises in the bulk mailout flyers that are "impersonal".

I spend approximately $800.00 Cnd each year on cards, stamps & paper for approximately 1,000 (selected) clients. You are not only selecting the clients that you enjoyed dealing with in the past but also the quote from previous work can be applied and they are O.K with the price. No need to haggle.....

no need to hand write address...use yahoo yellow pages search by city..select all then paste to clip bord...edit out the junk add commas and enters...u can now use this data in your word progam data base
