forget the flyers they are a waste. if anything do postcards.
Go to all local realtors, restraunts, stores, check with them.
You'd be surprised how much business this can drum up. If you don't convince them the first time , keep going basck til you do.
Don't be surprised to be slow now, with christmas and taxes coming people tend to spend less money, add in the economy and you can forget about it.
