This was probably the easiest deck we have done in a while. Had superdeck on it initially. We knocked the entire thing out in 8 man hours.. start to finish. Stripped and brightened in 5 hours.. sealed in 3.

Looks good. I especially like the decks that have the boards parallel to the house..........makes it much easier.

This deck was cool... when they built it they did so using a method called pattern building. It basically consists of "picture framing" the decking boards so it has a cleaner look. My guys wanted to two tone the floor leaving the outskirts of the boards in the Russet (which they did so first..hence the idea) and putting a lighter tone in the middle section. We're going to try that on one of these projects... I think it would have have been a conversation piece!
