Guys I just wanted to share what Ivwe been doing lately to get work. To you old pros youve been there and done that but Im excited because Im still a young buck at this. My wife and I saddled up the kids and went looking for dirty building in a town of 180,000 near ours. I wrote down the names and #s of the properties including some hospitals and several large 4+ story buildings. The next day I started calling to inquire about the buildings. The tough part was getting past the secretary but I would say when she asked me what I wanted I would say "Its in reference to the property on blank avenue". Most of the buildings I looked at were for lease so the secretary thought I was interested in leasing. That would get me to the person I needed in most cases. Out of that day of riding around I have been given the chance to bid on a large hospital and 1,4 story building. Hopefully it will pan out. Calling is the way to go!

I've done similar, I've gone around looking for dirty buildings. Made notes of the size etc... then called asking if I could drop a quote...As well explained my services. It does work..... Good work Kevin...
