In Florida we have lots of mildew, mold etc. I tend to shy away from stucco for education lacking reasons. Latey I am noticing lots of dark streaks in vertical colums in the lower shady areas around houses. I don't want to attack these stains without some more education of what chemicals to try. Many of the homes I refer to are in need of paint jobs BUT in the meanwhile, the owners want these stains removed. I washed my own home and noticed that the paint/stucco combo seemed to loose color even at low pressure. almost like I was washing off a chalky residue. would one or two of you suggest a chemical to help in removing these dark streaks. Let's assume they can be removed. whatever is suggested, I will try on my home first. Thanks in advance.
