My standard cleaner for concrete is 10.5 and a butyl degreaser downstreamed at about 8:1 and works well for most of my residential jobs- mildew, dirt, moderate tire marks etc. coldwater ( I know, hot is better.) I have one coming up- Concrete is about a year old and there is no mildew but heavy and alot of tire marks. My question is, What would be the recommended dilution ratio for the degreaser as I figure I will need it stronger or would any of you recommend that I use sodium hydroxide based which I have several one which has 25% SH in the cleaner. Any educated response would be appreciated.
