Hello,
I was wondering if someone could recommend a good cleaning agent. I am new to the business and having a tough time deciding on a cleaning agent.

it varies

marsh998,
Cleaners vary from surface to surface.12% chlorine works for(kills mildew, mold and algae) roofs, vinyl siding, brightening concrete.Sodium hydroxide base cleaners are used for degreasing, stripping decks.Oxalic acid is used for neutralizing sodium hydroxide, brightening concrete. These are just a few chems we use, there are too many uses for each to list. There is a whole seperate group of cleaners used for fleetwashing.
try doing a search for some of the chem names and you'll see what I mean.Good Luck.

Use anything that is biodegradable! You can get it at Lowe's Home Depot and the like. Personally, I refuse to use bleach - - way too harmful

Any one willing to post a what chemical for what purpose guide?

Anyone willing to post a -what basic chemical for each application guide?

Only reason I ask is, We only do hoods and from time to time we get a request for a deck, house, RV, awning etc.
It would be nice to know what you can use on a certain surface as not to damage it. Thanx. Mtngoat
