Cleaning around greasy dumpster

I am in the process of cleaning the area around a dumpster at a restuarant. The dumpster has been leaking grease for some time. The grease is very heavy and thick. I tried using a shovel to get up some of the grease. The grease is caked onto the surface. I use hot water. What do you recommend to help us lift thr grease from the concrete? Any advice? This job is turning out to be a nightmare.
Thanks,

If it were me, I would remove all the grease that I could by hand and tool. I would protect the storm drain/cap it. I would apply a strong sodium hydroxide base chemical and let it dwell and then PW with hot water. Then I would do it again. The capped water I would dump down the mope sink or floor drain. As you describe the situation this should work. If not we must have some other issues. Let us know how you do.

Take Care

David
