concrete splatters on vinyl siding ?

What technique and chemical would work best to take concrete splatters off of vinyl siding.the concret was poured over a month ago.any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Jeff,

I have used a turbo before on vinyl to remove cement and it worked great with just water.Always test a spot first.
