Concrete - To Clean and Color

I have a customer who asked me to "do her concrete up real nice and fancy like on those TLC shows" (I swear this was how it was put to me). Anyway, she wants it cleaned then stained a color as they do on the TLC shows.

Now, I don't watch the TLC shows much but I have an idea from what she said that she wants a light color added that is NOT, repeat NOT paint. With that in mind, here are my Q's.

1. What is used to do the coloring and where can I find it?
2. Can it seal as well as color?
2. Application methods of the product?
3. Pre-cleaning process?
4. Drying time and maintenance thereafter?

Thanks in advance for all your responses. I look forward to using this site a lot!

When you say "not paint", does she want texture? Feel free to take a look at our website to see the two options we offer for decorative concrete :) Give me a call on the office number if you want to.

Yes the picture of the driveway after you altered the color is what she wants for her front porch. Is that simply a stain?

That is H&C Acrylic Silicone Concrete Sealer - You can get it at Sherwin Williams and it comes in about 65 colors :) You will need to acid prep the surface first with muriatic per manufacturers instructions. It's pretty basic, goes quickly and brings a nice pay day :)
