Condo Bid..need help

I have been in business for myself as a powerwashing company for 3 years and recently got a call to bid on a condo complex in fairfield county connecticut which far exceeds anything ive done in the past. Its an 11 unit luxury condo complex and each unit is nearly 20,000 sq feet and is steps from the ocean. Lifts are inaccessable due to the closeness to the water as well. Any help on how to quote a job this big would be greatly appreciated. Im estimating this will be a 6 to 8 week job with a crew of 3 (myself included). My concerns are bidding too high or too low and im wondering how to increase my chances of getting the job.....any thoughts ?? Also ive posted pictures to give you a better idea...

pricing

Rule of thumb, 90.00-100.00 per $100,000.00 of value of house, for a basic wash. Now for this with the million $$$ view. A crew of 3 plus the chem and the creativness needed to wash these homes has got to be worth 850.00-1000.00 per unit. Just remember each one will be a better part of a day to get through. So say $19500.00 as a package deal.

Better get in touch with a window washer, Professional to add the finial touch of perfection. Always bid high for you never want to work for a loss or break even. Bottom line is proffit.

Good luck

Oops, 11 units at 20000sqft not 20 units at 11000 sqft.
unit price of 1500.00 *11=$14990.00 as the package deal.
