Conrete cleaning with a 3,500 psi cold water unit?

Hoping to get some advice.A friend owns a service station with the usual gas/oil grime/spilled coffee/soda etc. on the islands and concrete.I have never used additives or treatments on concrete.Any recommendations? I appreciate all input.
