Hello all, I am new to this site and find it full of great resource material, however there is one thing i need to get some feed back on and that is the wording on my contract, i have been washing trailers and other commercial vehicles and now want to branch out to residential and commercial building cleaning, I was hoping that i could get some insight into how those contracts are writen, ie: damaged or cracked stucco, loose gutter,s ecc. i know that bringing it to the home owners attention isnt enough and would like to have it in writing. It has to be writen properly as not to scare the customer into thinking that a fire hose will be used to clean the property,

Sample Contracts

Here are my contract templates that I use with my ACT database. I use the term "Cleaning Agreement" as opposed to cleaning contract. Please feel free to use whatever you like. Also attached is the cover letter that I give all of my clients, I use the template then add/ subtract stuff to customize it to the specific job.
