Ronniels,
I have used oxi-clean and citrus cleaners but have had very little luck compared to the sodium hypochlorite method. Specially on mold and mildew.
Jr. Wood turned our attention to this method several weeks ago in some of his post, and I notice others do the same. Jim and Shirley said they use 3 gallons of sodium hypochlorite to 5 gallons of water which serves them well. We use the Jr Wood method and buy chlorine by the case. One gallon of chlorine has 10% Sodium hypochlorite vs 5.25% in one gallon of bleach. We mix a surfactant such as a real good laundry detergent with an active ingredient to wash our houses. Otherwise if we run into a real heavy mold and mildew factor, we just use a pump up sprayer to apply it straight, let it dwell for 3 to 5 minute and rinse it real well. Of course, it is always advisable to saturate the surrounding plant life before and after utlizing this method.
Hope this helps. (Just my opinion) I'm not an expert though and it is always good to ask the others before applying any of my suggestions. I'm still very new to this profession.
