De-Lime Bricks ?

How does one de-lime bricks- a good account asked if I could de- lime this very large building - I was thinking of useing my dry soda system - I think a pass would be the best fork in the road to take. Any ideas?

The bricks seem to be bleeding a white substance. I have been told that this comes from the lime in the mortor. After 5 plus years new bricks have white showdows and streaks. This building is a major valley daily newspaper & the building is 60 plus feet high.

I had a brick home that had white alum. siding oxidation bleed into it.
And I was not able to get it all out,
