Hi Tom
We have used a Graco XR9 airless to apply sealers to decks. Some work and some do not. We cut a 5hr brush roll job down to 2hr. But on the other hand you spend alot of time preping everything. You really have to watch out for the overspray. We mostly use a chem pump
(a sure-flo) setup . We seem to like that the best.
Hope that info helps. Later Tim Highfield

I have a Wagner - It's real good on water based sealers, reasonably good on oil based - but not worth a hoot on acrylic sealers!

Which model of Wagner are you currently using ? How well does function for spraying 'underneath' or spraying up and underneath railings in an upward direction ? How would you rate your model ? Thanks !
