What's the name of your company and where are you located?
Mike & Tony glad to see that you two are interested! What's a good time to meet? Late afternoon or early evenings may work better - I know weekends would not be good for our affiliates and house washing takes up a better portion of our days.
As far as topics...Insurance both Health and General Liability are hot topics and Marketing is always a good table discussion. What has worked, what hasn't.

Doug has my contact info. The early evening during a weekday will work fine for me if I have a couple of weeks' notice to not schedule a job for that evening.
I would like to discuss insurances and marketing as well as tools of the trade and maybe vendors. Heck, we could certainly fill up a whole evening just talking about THIS board!

Bryan's got a good point, let schedule this in late May. Monday's are always a busy day for us. We're open to anything after that.
We'll provide the eats and drinks.
Lets e-mail each other with a discussion outline. Bryan mentioned vendors - That would be a great topic. From local part suppliers to soap distributors to contractors who can provide auxiliary services to our existing customers.
Lets choose a date. Any suggestions?

Most nights after 6pm could work, provided we set a date in advance so I don't schedule estimates for that evening.
One thing I would like to discuss is possible ways to unite as a group to increase our buying power for items that we all use.
