hey guys just have a few questions that have been bothering me for a while and haven't found much help with the search tool. First, i need some good sources for someone who can design a postcard and then some places for printing and mailing. Also, i was planning on mailing them out either late march or early to mid April and just wanted to know when you guys typically startup your marketing campaigns. I have also seen a post on here where the guy said his return on the postcard mailers was around 1% or 10 jobs (not bids) for ever 1000 mailed, so i was wondering what the stats are for everyone else.
As for the maintenance programs, i was wondering what this all includes. I know most stains say they last from 2-3 years, but does this mean how long the color will last or until ou have to restain everything because it is all sun burnt and all that jazz. I was thinking of doing something like 5 star johnny was talking about and providing them with a 4 year warranty with anual cleanings for a yearly fee and a penalty fee for each year they never used if they cancel, roughly 5% of the total per year. I would like to hear what you guys have to say and would like to hear anyones experience with the maintenance contracts.
