Well, I dry soda blast. Soda blasting was designed to remove unwanted things from substraites. I blast paint off of automobiles, houses, boats, planes, or anything else that needs to be repainted, including a lot of antique objects. I can spray anywhere from 20 psi to 120 psi. I can clean a chinese restaurant with no water or soap, and remove the grease with no other effort than holding the wand. I spray concrete, wood, steel, fiberglass, plastic. remove graffiti from almost any substrate. Now don't get me wrong, I do have purposes for the pressure washer, and I do use it, just not that often. The downfall is the expense of it. But I haven't had any problems with pricing the service. I charge an hourly rate plus materials.

I can tell you the setups I have. I have 3 different rigs. Pro Blast CRS Blast Pot, K200 from harmond, and a MMLJ K200. My favorite is the Pro Blast machine, it was the last one I purchased, mainly because of what other dealers told me, but it is the best machine, and it's about the same price. I have found that Bobcat or Sullair Compressors are the best compressors to use. If you are going to put together your own rig, then I highly suggest the bobcat 185 for a single pot setup. I use mainly sullair 375 machines, and run two pots. They say not to do it, but I have made most all of my nozzles for a fraction of the price that I would by them for. The blast hose holds up well, and I cover the blast hose and the dead switch cord inside ag hose protectors. As far as I can tell I am the only one around that offers a wide selection of services using soda. I also have ordered a wet soda attachment for my pressure washers. The pressure washers I have purchased this month are: NLB 10150D Diesel, 2 - 5 gal/5,000 psi Hydro machines, 2 4gal/4000psi hydro machines. Each one of the smaller washers are LP, and the other two are gas.
