Easiest way got get concrete off tools

Looking for an easy way to get splatter concrete off some tools. Surfaces are primarily poly/plastic/abs &/or metal. Most have just lite spatter. I don't want to harm the surfaces, especially the plastic type surfaces. The tools I'm cleaning are just a bunch of odd tools that I want to put on ebay for sale (jackhammers, rivet busters, concrete vibrators -stuff like that).

I've seen concrete people use a muratic acid solution and a wire brush to remove concrete from their tools. I would think you could do the same with yours. Maybe you could use a stronger solution and a softer brush so you won't hurt the plastic? I'm sure some other people will have other ideas as well.

I agree with Micah,its the easiest way I know of.
