I would like to see the option to filter as I can in the reports section. Meaning I would like to contact old customers via the phone. So I need the option to filter that by date and so on. Just like I can do in the marketing section for printing labels.
I want it right on the screen so I can view records and make calls for various reasons. I think the only way right now would be 30 or 60 days and all entry.
Or IM sure that I could use a search field in the contact profile but I think after a while that can be over looked and I wouldn't have an accurate list of contact when I searched.
