Jugding by some of the responses to the other post, I have a general survey I would love ya'll's help with.

Q1)How many of you would like to see the laws enforced, and how many of you think it's pointless, and stupid?
Q2)Do you think that this kind of pollution is really a problem, or do you think it is so minimal that we as pressure washers shouldn't even be considered polluters?
And Please explain your reasoning why...

I am trying to figure out who supports it, and who is against it based on your own experiences and areas of the country.

You wrote the very first PWNA wash water control many moons ago. Many people do not know this, some will argue because they where not in business prior to this post so they only know what they have been told.
