Estimate help

Please help me out. I am working on a bid to clean the vinyl of a new apertment complex. This is post construction. We need to remove paint, mortar, mud, etc. The area of vinyl to be cleaned is 1400'x 30'=42,000 sq. ft. A lift will be needed-probably. Any advice on how or what to bid, and what are good chemicals for removing paint, mortar, etc.

Maz,
Without the benefit of seeing the job, and with what info you have given, I would bid the job at 2100.00 plus the cost of the lift. The pressure should remove the paint and motar splashes without the need for harsh chems. This is new construction, so I would use just a mild general soap. I would recommend a lift that can be manuvered from the basket. These are sometimes called diesel boom lifts. Hope this has helped.
