New in Business - Please Advise

Hey Guys. Could you do us a favor and send us a copy of this estimate sheet also? We are new to the business, and we're trying to get a grasp on the best ways to give estimates and bill customers. Any other advise you can give is appreciated as well. Thanks!

Could someone please forward me the pricing sheet, I am trying to start a small business right now and having difficulty estimating jobs.

Thanks

Pricing Sheet

If its not too late, I would love to see this pricing/estimate sheet. I am starting up and could use some extra help as well. I have made an estimate sheet already and I would like to see what everyone else has to make sure I am not over doing it or undershooting it.

Thanks, [white]

home depot/lowe's

Both of these retailers have "sample estimate sheets" that are fairly standard and can help you design the format u desire.

Get a financial program like quickbooks pro for your business, great piece of software to keep track of everything, including estimate sheets that you can coustomize your self for your specific needs. Then if someone chooses you for the job than turn it into an invoice all in one shot.

Quick Books Pro is definitely a great program....you can generate estimates, then invoice for portions or all....all of your documents will look consistent. It also integrates with Customer Manager and ACT, which are customer database programs - this will be enormously useful when you need to start sending reminders to your previous customers :)

As far as "estimating sheets", are you looking for something that has pricing in it or how to figure square footage or what? For what type work....flatwork is going to be drastically different than decks which is different from roofs
