I have since started pre-soaking with chemicals and it has helped a lot (lines are still there if you are picky tho)..... they go away when dry but will show up again when the ground gets wet... annoying.

if anybody has a suggestion i'm all ears.

A light prespray can yield the same streaking. I generally use the X Jet so I can really lay it down fast and thick. Total saturation is what you are after.
What are you using for chemical and application?

I mostly wash residential driveways and patios. These usually are not covered in grease like commercial driveways are.

I’m currently using just a simple solution of bleach (or pool shock) mixed with a little bit of detergent (either laundry soap or dish soap to give it some foam). Pre-soak with the down streamer wide open for approx 15-20 mins (requires 2-3 re-applications to keep it wet if it’s a hot day).

I then come in with my flat surface cleaner running 25 deg 015 tips (tri-armed model).
