fleet washing

I was approached this afternoon about doing some fleet washing. I have in the past washed some cars/trucks but not a whole fleet. Should I charge per vehicle?? Hourly?? They are looking at doing this once a week so do I give them a price break?? What's the average price?? Also, do I have to reclaim my water?? They are just trucks (regular pu's and bucket). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, I would do this on their own lot too.

What kind of surface are you going to wash them down on? Is there a storm drain near by? If you wash them down on asfault or concrete and, there is no storm drain, and the area is big enough to contain the water without going onto grass or dirt, then you won't need to capture your water. Evaperation will take care of the water. As long as you do not contaminate the ground and no water goes in a storm drain you are not violating any EPA guidelines.
