Henry,
Thank you for your input. Though I do not have much experience powerwashing residential properties I do have extensive experience in the industrial field (40,000 psi hydroblasting, halo-blasting, industrial coatings and finishes, offshore/submersible coatings, chemical stripping, high-rise rigging, etc..). I do believe I can use much of this knowledge and the contacts and resources that I have made in my previous field and apply it towards what I am aiming for now. That being full service estate maintenance. You see, I am quite thorough in that I resolve to apply myself to the fullest whatever my field be. I have been very successfull in all of my carrer paths and I attribute my successes directly to my resolve. I have exhaustively been reading and researching as much information as I can get my hands on regarding low-pressure pressure washing (as I am doing now at 6am).I would like to point out that I know my limitations and for now I am sticking with metal, concrete, brick and vinyl (and I am using H2O only, we have aquifers here.). I will move on to wood after I have gathered numerous manufacturers info. (density ratings, moisture content etc.) and suggestions, advice from others (such as yourself), and after extensive practice on my own deck.
I do agree with what you have written. Powerwashing is more than just waving a wand around. I have seen 1/4 steel cut with water pressure alone. Though the pressure we are dealing with in commercial and residential applications are not near as great, it strengthens the point.
I visited your web-site and am impressed. Very extensive it is. As are your services offered. Moreover, the certifications you hold are thourough. You are an outstanding example for those that wish to pursue this trade. It is obvious you take great pride in what you do. Job well done.
I am bookmarking your site so that I may contact you in the future. I look forward to speaking with you again.
Good day brother.
Chris
note: Honest and forthcoming yes! Jerk no. Thanks for the input. I look forward to your response. (any info. or tips concerning wood would be appreciated.)
