Hello,

Got all my stuff coming in to set up. Got insurance, Got my license. Just ordered my b. Cards, truck magnets, tee - shirts. Advertised today in the local papers to start getting my name out there. Now I just need to set up my flyers to send out and get my invoice and estimate sheets made - which leads me to my questions.

1. I noticed Carolina car wash recommending an avery program for help with flyers but can not seem to locate that program off there website. It seems that all their software in in sync with their products. I am hoping to just do a plain flyer with my logo and then use my phot copier at work with some colored paper to copy them. Save some money for now before I can afford some expensive professional ones. Does anyone know of any other free software to use. Also, any examples would be great. You can send them mas3372@cox.net

2. For my estimate and invoice sheets I will be using 2 part carbonless but am hoping to get away with just one form for the both of them. I only plan on doing about 8 jobs a week so 250 forms would be plenty but is all the min. order amount. So I was thinking to just put Invoice / Estimate at the top and circle the one that will apply. As for what should be on it, please let me know what I am missing.
Company name, number and info
Customer name and number and address
Date of Service
List of all surfaces cleaned with approx. sqaure footage
Signature line of accepting job estimate / service done
Price and total
Payment method
Credit card section for those choosing that method

And a small disclaimer at the bottom that says something to the effect
"Not responsible for water damage due to open windows, doors, etc. Please keep plants around house moist for 24 hours"

Any help or examples would be great. Thanks again.

I have also looked into getting invoices made up. I looked at the generic ones in Office Depot and Staples but they just don't seem to cut. I am curois of everyones suggestions as well. I haven't set up my business completely yet but was considering the name Real Clean Pressure Washing. RC pressure washing for short. Am I stepping on anyones toes with this name.

where can you get invoices made up? And do you put the service agreement contract on the invoice when you are giving the quote or is that a seperate paper?
