I'm getting out of the business, actually I've been out for a while. So I'm selling my equipment. I have a Landa 5g.p.m. 3500 psi. with a 21 hp. vanguard. There is only 75 hours on it. The water tank is 500 gal. mounted on a 12 ft. tandem axle with trailer brakes and 8 ply tires. Included is a 18 ft. extension wand, a dual lance wand all tips, an x-jet, a 24 in. silver eagle surface cleaner. All the equipment was purchased brand new. A friend of mine wanted me to open a new automotive aftermarket shop with him and since it's what I did for 12 years and know the business I joined him. Powerwashing is a good business to be in, a lot of work to be had here in Houston but I have to go with what I know. I hate to take the hickey on the equipment but I cant just let it set in my shop forever. Any thoughts on renting it out or leasing it? I don't think I like that idea anyway how is business?
