Although this post got no response, I wanted to let you guys know who DID find my post and contact me about it. The results are pretty hilarious!
I'm on a jobsite back in August and my phone rings. It's Forbes (yeah the magazine). They're doing an article on the Home Depot Business toolbox - FOUND this post and thought they'd give me a call about it.
So they interview me (LOL) about my experience with the HD Business toolbox. I tell them I haven't used it however, thought that pointing it out to new guys would be nice (forms, etc...) And, that when I emailed to ask a question, I was blown off. I continued to talk to this reporter about how I thought it was probably a great resource for new companies, blah blah blah. ONE comment about a non-responded to email.
So......out comes the Forbes article and you-know-who is in it, name, company name, location - and the one not-nice thing I said in the ENTIRE interview (none of the good stuff!)
The moral of the story: One should be cautious about what you post cause you NEVER know who's gonna read it or what it can lead to!!
