I HAVE 2 GAS STATIONS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN MY SERVICES. ONE WITH OVER 4500 SQFT OF CONCRETE AND THE OTHER WITH OVER 7000 SQFT.

1. WHAT IS THE GOING RATE FOR GAS STATION CEMENT SLABS? (I'M IN NW FLORIDA)

2. WHAT IS A GOOD DEGREASER TO SPRAY ON THE CEMENT PRIOR TO PRESSURE WASHING IT?

If you need a good degreaser that you can purchase localy try Castoral from Walmart, Or Coastral from Autozone. Both work great as degreasers. We charge .10 to .15 cents per sq ft for concrete cleaning. And for the jobs you spoke of thats $450-$800,around what we get for jobs to clean service station's. Hope this helps!!!

How offten are you going to clean these stations? A one time shot, then I agree with the pricing. But, if you are going to clean the station every two weeks the it's very high. I would drop your price in 1/2 for every 2 weeks.
We clean several stations on a every 2 week basic, Both sides, islands, pumps, sidewalks, outside tables, (5,000 sq ft) $150, or $65 per hr. it only takes the crew 2:45 min.

JPrewitt,
If you have a crew and only getting $65.00 per hr. how do you stay in business, I mean expenses, taxes, insurance, office & equipment, powerwashers & equipment, advertising, vehicles, repairs, etc., etc.??? Just curious,

contact Ron at Xterior - they have some stuff called Gator - there is a microbe in it that eats part of the hydrocarbon in residues from fossil fuels (oils, exhaust soot & . . .) it'll clean up oil better than most anything!
