Getting chemical on the house

Hello!

I need some advice.I have been washing vinyl sided homes for a while ,but cant pick up any speed.

I usually use a pump up with 6 ft extension to get the chems on the house.Once they are on,that side is basicly done, mold is gone in 1 minute and just need rinsing. Two story homes i get on my 8 foot ladder and do the same way, except rinse with a 0 deg nozzle from the ground. It works great if the house is not too high,i like to put the cleaner undiluted.

Now the problems start with really high homes,i use injector called i believe tornado or something like that from e-spec.Seems like i soak the siding for ever with soap but mold is still there.Could be soap not strong enaugh.I also dont let it sit but a few minutes,it dries really quick.I am not sure how is x-jet better, but maybe i should try it.
What i dont like about downstreem injecting is,these homes are built like 20 ft apart,i dont want to get bleach all over neighbours house or plants, especially if its windy, overspray is flying everywhere. They have cars parked outside too.
The easiest way for me would be to have really long extension for my pump up or to buy one of those tanks with a shurflo and again, need the long extension.Where could i buy one,i need a faster, easier and safest way the get the bleach on my costumers house, not neigbhours, rinse it down and get paid.I would like to do it from the ground also
Thanks for any suggestions

The xjet works well, but it does create a cloud of overspray that will blow onto the neighbors house and/or nearby cars if it is windy.

I sometimes will use the xjet at the end of my extension wand (not extended) so it is closer (by 8 feet anyway) to the top of the house.

You probably need to use a stronger mix......or perhaps figure out exactly how much that injector is dilluting your cleaner. The xjet pulls at 2 to 1. One part of whats in your bucket for two parts water. That might be stronger then what you are using now.

dont know how much you want to spend but this is what you can do.
the prices are quotes from e-specc
get a UPRIGHT SPRAYER with tilt-back CART $200
Get a 24' telescoping lance $110
battery pepboys $40
pipe fitting that has a barb and hose clamp $3
hook the wand to the 12 volt sprayer and go
no more ladders to apply your chem and rinse with your tornado
you can make your own 12 volt system and get a higher psi shr-flo pump to shoot your chem higher. I would get a higher gpm and psi pump and would also make my own but i used this to show how you can do it. Not to help the spec co. there are lots of good people here that sell this stuff. Call MARK at easy clean systems.

David, one other comment. The hurricane nozzle (I believe) from E spec doesn't have nearly the uptake rate that the X Jet has. My guess is that if you measure this, you are diluting your chems too much.

I use blech+cascade+laundry det.in 5 gal backet 1 gal bleach.Works great if i put it on straight.
Are you guys soaking the whole house with exjet, like porch ceilings and all?
What if its so windy that mist is hitting the neighbours house and leaving clean streaks??

David,i prefer to upstream(run chems through pump) my chemicals onto the house from a 50 gallon tank. this saves me much time, just install a valve to either select from chems or fresh water.
if you need pics just send me an email
