Graffiti Removal Bid

[Mirage Cleaners]

I have been asked to place a bid on graffiti removal and monthly maintenance for a 1,400 sq. ft. brick building. I plan on submitting several proposals: graffiti removal, application of a graffiti barrier (sacrificial and permanent), monthly maintenance.

I'm looking for advice on what to bid for each of those. Please help!!

Graffiti removal: $50.00 (3'X4') tag
prices will varie depending on size and complexity.

Smi Perment barrier $0.24 per sq ft.installed

Perment barrier $1.25 per sq. ft. installed

sacfacrial barrier $0.15 per sq ft installed

Monthly service based on $65.00 per hr. do anything they want.
