Graffiti Remover and Preventer

Does anyone know of a graffiti sealer that will coagulate paint on contact and make it run down and not stick?

A Glock would be a good preventer!

I don't know about the coagulation end but there are sacrificial sealers out there that will prevent absorption of the paint into the brick. Shoot me an email if you are interested in some of the links I have
